My Best Friend's Christmas Present 

I really didn't know what to get my best friend, Jaimie, for Christmas, so I made my Harry-Potter-Mad Best Friend something I knew she would love. . . A Ravenclaw Canvas!

I tea stained paper and printed Harry Potter pages onto it, and copied my piano music for Deathly Hallows Part 2 and drew everything else.

And with it I made a ravenclaw themed Dreamcatcher with it also.

So I made these a while back after a friend recommended I try it. You don't have to resin them, just paper, hot glue, a bit of sticky tape, paint, and nail polish! (Nail polish for metallic colours.)

Not many people in the world make, or even bother to buy, Christmas cards! Boy do those things give me joy. Especially with messages directly addressed to you. I know in primary school, the amount of cards you received showed how loved you were within the school community. 

So, I made some for my close friends, and here they are!

All I did was get sheets of plain white paper, stain them with a tea bag, and cut out shapes of coloured paper. (I'll admit I should not have used my really good scrap booking materials.) And then I got a marker and practiced some nice writing before doing it on the cards.
